Why the amount can vary

The number and size of panes are only the start. Inside-and-out cleaning adds work compared with exterior-only cleaning. Screens, tracks and detailed sills may be separate line items. Height, blocked access and specialist residue can also change the scope or require a separate assessment.

We have not published a “from” price or calculator because we do not have confirmed contractor rates for Cambridge. A number without verified scope would make your comparison less useful. The checklist below gives you a consistent brief to take to a contractor instead.

Before choosing: confirm which items are included, excluded or still need an inspection. Keep a copy of each written scope.

What a request here does

Submitting the form saves your requirements for review by our referral service. It does not provide an instant estimate or reserve a cleaner. If a suitable contractor contacts you, ask for their own written assessment. You decide whether to proceed. See the full referral process.
