Who handles your enquiry
Merged Media operates this website and its Lead Desk enquiry dashboard. For access, correction, deletion or questions about this notice, use the contact form and select “Privacy request.” Do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive health information.
What we collect
A quote request collects your name, one contact method, postal code, cleaning project, optional message and consent. Contact messages include your chosen topic and message. We also store the submission time, source page and request identifier to process the enquiry and prevent duplicate records. A short-lived, one-way network identifier is used for rate limiting; the raw IP address is not stored in the lead record.
How we use and share information
We use these details to receive, review and manage your request. With your quote-form consent, we may share it with a contractor in our partner network so they can contact you about the work. We do not use this permission to subscribe you to unrelated marketing. A request does not guarantee a match or a response.
Authorised agency staff can review requests in Merged Media Lead Desk. A contractor receives access only when the agency assigns access for the relevant site or request. Information is not published publicly. Contractors are responsible for information you later give them directly and for copies already shared with them.
Cloudflare provides site hosting and enquiry storage. Clerk manages authorised dashboard sign-in. Infrastructure may process information outside your province or Canada. Notification delivery, when configured, may use Resend; a notification address is not required to store an enquiry.
Retention and your choices
The system is configured to remove enquiry details after 180 days from the original submission. You can request access, correction or earlier deletion through the contact form. Copies already shared with a contractor are under that contractor’s control; contact them about those copies too. An applicable legal obligation or unresolved issue may require some information to be retained.
Website measurement
We count form starts and saved enquiries by page. These aggregate counters do not include form names, contact details or messages. The public site does not set advertising cookies or send your contact details to a public analytics service. The scope checklist works in your browser and does not transmit its selections.
Your decision
You can read the guides and use the checklist without submitting personal information. A quote request requires explicit consent to relevant referral follow-up. If you want to ask a privacy question without requesting a contractor, use the separate contact form.
